Kansas Free for Arts is seeking volunteers for Halfway to Everywhere Fest 2019!

Here’s what we need:

Loaders- Position requires strength and endurance. Preference to individuals interested in concert and event production. Loaders will assist stage managers and production crew to load bands' equipment on and off stage. Point of contact; Hank Osterhout at hank@altmusicpro.com.

Parking Attendants- Position requires welcoming and guiding artists at the parking lot behind KFA Studio. Volunteers will check artist credentials, guide cars into parking spaces, and coordinate with Will-Call to direct artists to their assigned venues. VIP Hospitality- Position requires monitoring the entrance to the VIP lounge located in the upper level of Twin Rivers, as well as providing support for meal and beverage accommodations to VIP ticket holders. Point of contact; Andrea Garritano at agarritano73gmail.com.

Artist Hospitality- Position requires monitoring the entrance to the artist lounge located above Casa Ramos in the Trophy Room, as well as providing support for meal and beverage accommodations to performing artists. Contact ksfreeforarts@gmail.com.

Will-Call Agents- Position requires providing service at the box office (KFA Studio), including VIP welcome/check-in, artist/vendor check-in and instruction for loading in/out of venues, volunteer check-in and headquarters for coordination of all festival crew. Merchandise Agent- Position requires assistance in operation of merchandise booth located at the Farmers Market kiosk on the day of the festival vending festival merchandise and providing information to festival attendees and artists. Point of contact; Emmy Edie at emmymedie@gmail.com.

Runners- Position requires a valid driver's license and will involve picking up, delivering, going and getting anything that festival crew needs from off-site. Runners will be on-call and utilized as needed. Point of contact; Hank Osterhout at hank@altmusicpro.com.

Site-Ops Assistants- Position will provide direct support to Hank Osterhout and festival crew doing all of the strange and random things that may come up at a moment's notice throughout the day. Mandatory high-fives required. Point of contact; Hank Osterhout at hank@altmusipro.com.
